Our North Shore team recently completed an interior renovation of a home on Hobson St in Auckland City. This home, unlike a lot of the houses we do, wasn’t falling apart, but the owners felt it was time to bring some new life to the house and change the way it looked inside. It was definitely a dated look.

Mike has considerable international experience influencing and directing strategic decision-making processes to facilitate the growth and development of start-up and growth businesses in competitive global markets. He has held a variety of senior executive roles in the broadcast media industry, managing business-critical projects for future, profitable growth in this competitive, high technology industry sector. One of his most significant achievements was creating and leading Corinthian Television’s successful bid to secure a £150 million contract with The Walt Disney Company in the UK, from concept, design and build through to completion; a venture which he then led as CEO. Mike was also personally head-hunted by Richard Branson to establish, lead and build the television division of the Virgin Group. Ramin Tavakoli – Auckland South East Licence Owner

Ramin owns the licence of Maintain To Profit in the South East Auckland area. He has worked as an electrical design engineer and project manager for the past 20 years, but has developed a great interest in investment properties and renovations through personal experience. He undertook his first major house renovations while living in Europe between 2000 and 2010. He continued to invest in properties and use his taste for well-considered, global, modern design in home renovations here in Auckland.

Ramin is passionate about good quality work delivered to the highest standards. He is known to customers as a friendly and dedicated person with great expertise.

Matt Christie – Auckland City East

Matt owns the licence of Maintain To Profit in the City East Area. He comes from a background in commercial furniture where he has nine years experience, having worked in this field since graduating in 2006. With extensive project management experience leading and managing a team of nine, Matt understands the value of having a project completed on time and on budget. Property/construction wise Matt worked as a builder’s labourer during student holidays and his passion for renovation grew while completing a working holiday in France where he worked on renovations with his Father in Law. Returning to NZ this passion blossomed and he has been involved in numerous local renovations since, working with friends and subcontractors alike.

Together with his wife Sandy, they have two pre-school boys who ensure their home is always lively. Matt enjoys Mountain biking, Motorcycling and most sports in general.

Lance owns the licence of Maintain To Profit South West Auckland area. Lance is a Qualified painter and has more than 10 years experience working in Australia. Lance has also been operating as a self employed painter in New Zealand for over 10 years working successfully with his own staff and subcontractors. Lance has experience in residential and commercial renovations and maintenance and his passion for renovation works is the reason he is in the process of building his own home and subdividing his property. Lance was involved in the rebuild of Christchurch.

Lance is married with four children and in his down time is actively involved in coaching his son’s rugby team. Lance and his family love spending time outdoors and Lance loves fishing.

Mike lives with his partner Tracey and they have 3 kids. They recently renovated their family home learning a lot about this process and the hassles of trying to project manage it while working a fulltime job. This helped him see why Maintain To Profit would be helpful to so many people like him.

Randy owns the licence of Maintain To Profit Tauranga. Randy started his working career in the bakery industry working his way through to management roles. Working in the bakery industry for 16 years, he realized he was ready for a new challenge; this was presented to him in 2001 with work in the building industry as a Hammer hand. Following his time on the tools, he then found himself working in supervisory roles through to management and project management roles, including working as a project manager for Maintain To Profit North Shore.

Randy is very passionate when it comes to renovating he believes in great communication with both client and contractors, resulting in an outstanding services and quality workmanship.

A Volunteer Fire Fighter since 2001, he enjoys the challenges of the job and find helping his community very rewarding. He has two adult girls and a wonderful supportive partner Tracey and her two children. He enjoys working around the garden, being creative, playing golf and enjoys time spent with his family and friends.
