Glendowie Renovation – The Before and After Glow

Our team was recently involved in yet another building project in Auckland City East, this time a Renovation in Glendowie. This project involved us renovating both top and bottom floors and all rooms in each area.

Glendowie Renovation – The Before

As you can see, this home was very much in need of a do over. The carpets were stretched and lifting, the walls discolored, and the furnishings were terribly out of style. Even the old ceiling fan had to go!

Our Glendowie renovation involved removing the whole interior of the home including the furnishings and carpet and redoing the walls, the ceiling, the floors and everything in between.

Glendowie Renovation – The After

As you can see, all areas including entry, living room, stairs, and kitchen have had a complete makeover. A complete new color scheme was brought to the house, with a clean white used as a base and a number of carefully chosen vivid colors used to accent areas and provide a bit of flavor. The kitchen received all new cupboards and shelves in a style to match the new theme and flow with the living room. New wooden flooring was also put down.
